My name is Andrew Moyer. I have been in the construction industry for 20 years and have recently opened my own home inspection company serving Metro Atlanta & North Georgia. 


I am a Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors ("ASHI") and I completed my certification through Americas Home Inspection Training ("AHIT") which gives me the skills and knowledge to provide you with a thorough inspection of your home. I have also passed the National Home Inspector Examination ("NHIE")  which is the only independent, psychometrically-valid home inspector test in the country. 


Whether you need a pre-listing inspection or a buyer's home inspection, let me help you ensure that you have all the information necessary to make informed about your property.

ASHI standards emphasize that inspections are non-invasive and visual, focusing on the home’s condition at the time of inspection. It's important for buyers to review the specific details of the inspection report to understand any issues found.

 A home inspection helps identify potential issues that could affect the safety, functionality, and value of the property. It allows buyers to make informed decisions and negotiate repairs or price adjustments with sellers. A pre-listing inspection can help sellers avoid issues once they've listed their house for sale.

 Typically, a home inspection lasts between 3 to 4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property. Larger or older homes may require more time. I take pride in performing meticulous inspections and never rush through a home. I make sure to leave plenty of time in my schedule to accommodate lengthier inspection times if necessary.

Yes, I encourage our clients to attend the inspection, if they would like to do so, so they can see firsthand any issues or concerns the inspector may uncover. This can also be a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the property.

 The cost of a home inspection varies based on the size and complexity of the property. I provide pricing information on my services page and offer transparent quotes upfront. 

Our inspector is a highly trained and experienced professional with years of experience in the construction industry. Although there is no license for home inspection services in Georgia, I am certified by AHIT, a member of ASHI and undergo regular training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and practices.
